For someone who is usually the annoying, carol singing Christmas loving kid, this year has been very quiet indeed. Not on the ‘my life’ front – that’s been pretty manic – but in terms of decorations and cheer. This year I just can’t find it.

Perhaps I’m getting too old or maybe I’m just tired after such a full on year but in any case, i’ll still be eating turkey and drinking champagne in 12 hours time.

I’d like to wish everyone in the blogosphere a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. To everyone who I tweet with, have met at a fashionable function or have had the pleasure of calling a friend in 2010 – thank you and best wishes for 2011.

Sarah’s Style Emporium will take a little break over the next week – I will still be working the 9 to 5 while you are all reading chick lit on a beach somewhere so I’ll save up the new stuff for January when you are all back on deck!

2011 will be big – there are great things in store for me, which in turn I hope means you all get to enjoy reading about my antics and come along for the ride.
