I’ll be working at Flemington for the Spring Racing Carnival again this year. As much fun as this is, it does mean coming up with four outfits, one suited to each day of the carnival.

The Stonnington Spring Fashion Runway gives fashionistas a look at the trends for the upcoming season and the opportunity to mix and mingle at the start of the fashion season.

The Fashion Hall of Fame is set to induct two new fashionistas – The Age’s Fashion Editor Janice Breen Burns and iconic couturier Victoria Cascajo – while four up and coming fashion designers will showcase their wares on the runway.

In addition to the runway gala, a Fashion industry Forum will take place a day prior to the parade, giving the industry the chance to debate the issues facing retail.

So many events – and this is just the beginning! Bring on Spring.
